What imaging services do you offer?
We provide expert reports for 3D CBCT scans, 2D radiographs (Panoramic, Ceph, etc.), and advanced 3D anatomical segmentation

Who can request an interpretation?
Licensed dentists, specialists, and patients worldwide. Our secure digital portal accepts international submissions from any location.
How do I submit my images?
Simply log in to your Doctor Dashboard, create a new case, and upload your DICOM or image files directly. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal keeps all your cases organized in one place.
How long does it take to receive the report?
Standard reports are delivered within 3 business days. We also offer Rush (24h) and STAT (Same-day) services for urgent cases.
Can I discuss the results with the radiologist?
Yes. We offer one-on-one phone or video consultations to review findings in real-time and support your treatment planning.
What does the final report include?
A professional PDF containing diagnostic impressions, detailed findings by region, clinical recommendations, and annotated images for clarity.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is made through the secure client portal after the report is completed. An invoice and payment link will be available in the portal. Monthly clients receive a consolidated invoice at the end of the month.
Can this service be billed to insurance?
Dental offices may bill the interpretation using ADA CDT code D0391. We do not bill insurance directly, but our reports include the documentation needed for claim submission. Coverage depends on the patient’s insurance plan.
